Watch a concert at Red Rocks
In true Colorado fashion, Red Rocks Park and Amphitheater takes the experience of live music to new heights. Contrary to the background of Denver's flickering skyline, concert-goers showcase some of the music's biggest names in the venue adjacent to the stone. Arriving at the venue is also quite a bit of track from the nearest parking lot, but the experience is perfect for climbing a few sets of chairs. Legends including The Beatles, Grateful Gratefuls and You have earned the stage, and to this day, the Blues Traveler performs an annual July party with an unrivaled view of the fireworks show happening all over the city.
Do a show at the Denver Performing Arts Complex
The anchor of Denver's theater district is the sprawling Denver Performing Arts Complex, which features big-time Broadway shows at well-known venues, including the Eli Calkins Opera House and the Buell Theater. The 2019 season welcomes Broadway Chief Dear Evan Hansen, complete with Betty Buckley as Dolly, with many performances that draw fans of theaters across the state. The complex is also home to the Colorado Symphony Orchestra and the Colorado Opera, with plenty of food options for both pre-post-post.
Eat Green Chile on Federal Blvd.
Denver serves Mexican food as well as any city on this side of the border. Federal Blvd. runs north to south through the city and is equipped with some of the best options in the state, from sit down to street food. Eating like a local, the main addition to any dish is green chile. Chile Verde is one of the best in the city, with only two block ups available in Santiago with splurge-worthy options, which is Denver's best breakfast barito - a prestigious title, as many locals consider the Breakfast Citizen to be a Denver official.

The Arts District in Santa Fe, the center of Denver's longstanding arts, music and culture, hosts the city's largest party on the first Friday of each month. From 5: 30-9: 30 April, artists and shop owners welcome both locals and tourists inside and out to open their doors and imagine almost all kinds of art. Street musicians keep the scene vivid and a variety of food trucks park in almost every corner on the edge of the eight-block. You can tempt yourself to certain stores by promising a free glass of wine. Either way, you're bound to find both your imaginatively visual and musical as you stroll along the Boulevard. The roads are lined with year-round publishers, but in the summer and autumn months the view is mostly popping up when the nights are hot and the sun is late on the mountain in the west.
Rental of Rocky Mountain National Park
There are four national parks in Colorado, and none are more respectable except the summit of Rocky Mountain National Park. Located between the city of Grand Lake on the west and Estes Park on the east, the park boasts more than 265,000 acres of naturally magnificent (and protected) land. To warm up, try the Emerald Lake Hike. This 1.5 mile trek takes you to the lake named after the Bear Lake trailhead, gains just 50৫০ feet along the trail, and is the perfect place to stop for a picnic before returning to the parking lot. If you are feeling adventurous, try increasing the Timberline waterfall. After an eight-mile walk, you will not only see fountains of water, but also incredible views of the surrounding horns and valleys, and perhaps even some wildlife: deer, elk and maze are populated and visible throughout the park. After you fill out your fill, drive west to east along the March 48 Mile Trail Ridge Road, the inspiration behind the Stanley Hotel, the classic movie The Shining.

Here you can extend your distance between the rocks, or stop by the Garden of Gods Visitor and Nature Center and sign up for a guided tour - the most unique and creative of which takes you through the electric bike through the park to a spot accessible by other modes of transportation. Drink craft beer at Denver's Reno Neighborhood
River North, or Reno as it is called, is a beer-drinking paradise. The area is a former warehouse district, rehabilitated in a thriving hub for art, culture and, above all, craft beer. Almost every building in the vicinity is adjacent to the house, or within a stone's throw of a brew tank and very easily spends no nights doing any special tapping or testing. Sip on a preventive IPA on the patio of the Bearscale of Proportions or enjoy a conversation about fine literature with a pint of Wicked Wit at our Mutual Friend Brewing Company. You can walk through more than half a dozen tasting rooms in an afternoon, perhaps the culmination of a Colorado Rockies game of baseball at the Ating Coors ground or a gourmet farm-to-table dining oak tree.

The famous Book Cliffs extend to the northern edge of the Grand Valley like a fortress wall. At Mt. Garfield,, the 75-foot summit is certainly not one of the highest peaks in the state, but two miles away. The Garfield Trail is certainly not a joke.
